Avatr is a Chinese high-tech automotive company focused on premium electric vehicles, pushing the boundaries of intelligent in-car experiences.
I lead the UX design for all Virtual Private Assistant touchpoints and experiences across the vehicle ecosystem, defining the intelligence behind user-to-machine interaction and ensuring consistency and coherence from concept through to production QA. At team level, I contribute with a strong technological background and help drive the adoption of AI-powered processes, raising the bar for how the team approaches and executes design work.
Gropyus Technologies GmbH, Berlin – (01.2021 - 09.2025)
Gropyus is a prop-tech startup building sustainable, timber-hybrid smart homes through a highly automated system combining technology, data, and robotics.
I led product design across digital and physical touchpoints, spanning B2C, B2B, and B2E verticals, from architectural design and permitting through to smart home experiences for residents and building owners. I established design processes that ensured consistent, meaningful impact across product teams.
I oversaw the digital product design team, owning the Design System, shaping product strategy, contributing hands-on to feature development, and supporting team members' growth. Beyond design, I played an active role in hiring across design, product, engineering, and research, helping build a strong multidisciplinary organisation. I also pioneered AI-driven workflows and prototyping methodologies to keep the team ahead of emerging practices.
